In order to pick 20 feet throughout 53 feet empty reefer containers and empty ISO standard containers, the TECDS-150H Attachment could expand. Any containers measuring more than 40 feet must have standard 40 feet ISO pickup points. The attachment has 4 corner twist-locks too, electrical signal lights inside the cab, hydraulic slewing and 2 work lights.
The ELME attachment is engineered to handle 2 20 foot or 40 foot empty ISO standard containers at the same time. This simultaneous ability can be completed with the containers stacked on top of each other. Additionally, this type of attachment comes with 4 horizontal twist-locks which insert into the side apertures of the upper containers bottom corner castings and the lower container's top corner castings. The extremely specialized design of the twist-locks allows block stacking to be carried out.
Drive Train
Every Taylor unit container lift truck has a Tier Compliant Cummins electronic turbocharged, charged air to air or charged air after-cooled diesel engine. Several of the standard engine features include diagnostic monitor and electronic maintenance, engine/transmission protection, reduced overall emissions, fuel/water separator and improved fuel economy. Additionally, the transmission available used for all 3 models is a non-modulated, power-shift, fully reversing, 3-speed transmission. It is offered complete with inching capacity and remote shift control.
