Established during the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family business within the Northern Italy's largest industrial location. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide array of forklifts, presses, farming machinery and prefabrication molds.
The company began crane production during 1963. Over time, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and manufactures 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are engineered and designed for various uses and there are available models that could cover all construction needs.
FMgru has some really flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private homes and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specifically designed to work in tight locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are located in close proximity to each other.
